Michael Fisher

Michael has held numerous directorial positions that have covered strategy and development, as well as financial, commercial, and business operations within Australia, New Zealand and Asia across a broad range of industry sectors including manufacturing, import andexport, warehouse and distribution, retail and service environments.

Among others, he has held positions as CFO, CEO, and Director in the Drake Group, Resident Director of Suzlon Energy Australia, senior management positions with the Skilled Engineering Group and most recently as CFO, Director, and Executive General Manager of Marque Consulting Group. Michael has also worked alongside federal, state, and local governments both in Australia and New Zealand.

Michael Fisher’s corporate career spans over 30 years with significant experience in directorial and senior financial and management roles with a demonstrated capacity in the leadership of new startup operations. As well as holding a Diploma of Commerce (Accounting), he is a CPA and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Craig Brown

Founding shareholder of Kryso Resources plc, now known as China Nonferrous Gold Ltd. Acted as Finance Director and Company Secretary of Kryso before becoming Managing Director in 2010 and stepping down from the board in September 2013. During this period, Kryso/CNG delineated a 5 million ounce JORC Mineral Resource at the Pakrut gold project in Tajikistan, completed a bankable feasibility study for the project, obtained debt and equity finance for mine development, and commenced construction of the mine and infrastructure.

Mr Brown has worked for 25 years in the mining industry and held positions with Gulf International Minerals Ltd and Nelson Gold Ltd, both of which successfully put gold mines into production during his tenure.

Adam Jones

Adam Jones holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Ballarat University and First Class Honours from Adelaide University. Adam has over 10 years of experience as a professional geologist in Australia, including significant experience of gold exploration and production, and lives in Victoria within easy reach of ECR’s Bailieston and Creswick gold projects.

He is a member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists (AIG) and has worked as an independent consulting geologist since 2015. His clients include or have included the A1 gold mine, Dart Mining and Nagambie Resources in Victoria and Vendetta Mining in Queensland.

Adam is experienced in planning and supervising resource drill programmes, geological interpretation, geotechnical and fault modelling, geological mapping and sampling, turbidite sequence-structural interpretations, wireframing and 3D modelling using Vulcan Software.


Dr. Rodney Boucher

Rodney Boucher has a First Class Honours and PhD in structural geology and tectonics and over 20 years of exploration experience. After starting out in the petroleum industry with the South Australian government, he established Linex Pty Ltd in 1997 focussing on gold exploration in central Victoria.

MGA’s on the ground activities in Victoria are now being led by Dr Rodney Boucher, who has extensive geological experience in Victoria, including many years of involvement with Perseverance Corporation, the original developers of the million-ounce Fosterville gold mine which is now owned by Kirkland Lake Gold. The Fosterville mine is located in the same district as MGA’s Bailieston licence.

Graeme Noble

Graeme managed all of the operational site at the Pakrut Gold Mine in Tajikistan, a company founded by Craig Brown, which proved up a 5.2 million ounce gold resource, completed a bankable feasibility study, raised finance, completed construction and has been in production since 2016.

Graeme has over 40 years of drilling experience.

Graeme Noble, ECR/MGA’s Drill Programme Manager. Craig has known Graeme for 22 years since Graeme worked at the Zeravshan Gold Company in Penjikent, Tajikistan.
